- ART 118: Advanced Drawing & Interpreting the Human Form (2020-2021): Each of the works in this group were made as assignments for Art 118 at UC Berkeley. The class encouraged us to explore different mediums, ranging from ballpoint pen, to soft charcoal, to digital media. Primarily though, the assignments were meant to be an exercise in rendering of the human face and body both within and outside of conventional anatomical depiction. Almost all of the works in this collection are in black & white.

- ART 16: Relief and Intaglio Printmaking Foundations (2019): The pieces shown below were all produced as assignments for the course Art 16 at UC Berkeley. The class began with relief prints via linoleum carving, encouraging the deep consideration of the inherent intention that can be applied to line making. Following relief and for a longer duration of the class, the assignments were centred around Intaglio etching methods, where the focus was instead placed on ideas of gradual layer building. Most of the works I made throughout my time in this class were influenced by my dominant interest at the time, which was producing visuals inspired by mysticism, period fashion, and spiritual symbolism.
